AdQuiz Application and Website Privacy Policy


This website at URL www.adquiz.com.au ( Website) and the Adquiz App (Application) is developed and operated by 360 Entertainment Pty Limited ABN 16 134 000 918 ( “360entertainment”, “the company”, “we”, “us” and “our”). By using the Application and Website, you agree to our privacy policy. The Privacy Policy sets out our practices in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, which you may disclose to us through your conduct on the Application and Website.

Acceptance of the Privacy Policy

You agree to the Privacy Policy when you register your details on the Application and/or Website or when you otherwise supply us with your personal information in the course of using the Application and Website.

Amendments to Privacy Policy

The current version of our Privacy Policy will always appear on the Website. The current version replaces any previous versions of the Website Privacy Policy and will govern the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information at any given time. We may, at our discretion, modify or amend the Application and Website Privacy Policy from time to time. You are responsible for monitoring the Application and Website to determine the terms of the current Application and Website Privacy Policy. Personally identifiable information that we gather.

If you choose to enter the Adquiz competition we will collect your personal information. The information you submit will be used to inform you, if you win a prize through the Application. We collect only the personally identifiable information you choose to furnish to use the AdQuiz Application and/ or Website(the "Application"), such as name, suburb, email address, age demographic and gender. From time to time we may request additional information from you. For example, we may ask that you complete a survey or questionnaire. The email contact information you submit may also be used to send you information about contests, promotions, newsletters, announcements, and other offers we periodically distribute, and we also may share the information with partner companies for them to contact you with similar offers and information by email. Sharing your personal information. We may share information with selected promotional partners we think will be of interest to you to contact you. We may also sometimes engage agents or contractors to perform services necessary to our operations (for example, delivery prizes, distribution of e-mail, etc.). When we do, we may give them access to name, addresses, or other information necessary for them to do their job for us, but not for any other purpose. Finally, in the event the Company or its assets are ever sold, the Company reserves the right to transfer personal information to a successor in interest that acquires rights to that information as a result of the Company's sale. Except as described above, and except as may be required by law, we will not disclose your personally identifiable information to others without your consent. UDIDs and Cookies. Each iOS device has a Unique Device Identifier (UDID), similar to a serial number. The UDID of each device to which a AdQuiz App is downloaded is recorded to assure proper installation. Adquiz App does not associate UDIDs with personally identifiable information. Cookies are unique text files that may be sent to your browser from a Web server. As you use the Application and Website, cookies may be placed on your device. You may be able to configure your device to accept or reject all or some cookies or to notify you when a cookie is set. In order to use some of the functions on the Site, you may need to enable cookies on your device. The Company may use cookies to store your preferences and to record session information. The Company does not provide any personally identifiable information from cookie data to third parties. The Company may use a third party to analyse general usage statistics such as number of screens viewed and device types obtained from cookies. Cookies may be used by the Company for the following:

  • To track the method of your referral to the Application,
  • Anonymous statistical purposes,
  • To track your Application session and present information, graphics, or hyperlinks based on your session and/or write information to submission forms when contacting the Company, and
  • To present information, offers, and invitations (surveys, beta programs, etc.) to improve your experience with the Application.

Direct Communication

If you do not wish to receive direct marketing material by us or by third parties, then you may request that we not use or disclose the information in such a way by contacting us (please refer to the contact details set out below). If you would prefer not to receive emails and remove your personal data provided to us. This can be accomplished by contacting the Company at info@360entertainment.com.au

Minors

AdQuiz applications are only intended for persons over age 18. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from persons under age 18. If we become aware of any such information, we will delete it from our database.

Security

We will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, as well as from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. You accept that not all data transmitted over the Internet can be kept completely secure. We cannot therefore guarantee the security of any personal information transmitted to or from our Website, and we are not responsible for the actions of any third parties who receive your personal information as a result of any breach or loss of security. We will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access to your personal information. If, at any time, we hold personal information about you that we no longer need for any purpose disclosed in this Application and Website Privacy Policy (and provided we are not required by law or by order of a court or tribunal to retain the information), then we will take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to destroy the information or to ensure that the information is de-identified.
